Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to our Refund & Return Policy. Please read the following terms carefully before requesting a refund or exchange. By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom orders and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Return & Exchange Process

• To initiate a return or exchange (including size exchanges), please contact us at merchandise@bigshotsamsterdam.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

• We will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions for returning the product.

4. Shipping Costs

• All return shipping costs, as well as any shipping fees associated with exchanges, are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

5. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

• Please allow a processing period of up to 5 business days for the refund to be issued.

• Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled before they are processed.

• Once an order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at merchandise@bigshotsamsterdam.com.

• In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund as per your preference.
